Terms of sale

Manifatture Toscane srl relies on the BRT Bartolini s.p.a. shipping service. for national services and Fedex for services to non-European countries, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 16.00.

Deliveries are prepared on Monday and Thursday; therefore, all orders placed after 10:00 on the respective days will be taken over starting from the following day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Delivery times vary according to the destination, but are guaranteed within 2/3 working days for shipments to Italy, while they can be from 3 to 5 working days based on the delivery times of European and non-European couriers.

If the courier does not find the recipient of the delivery at the shipping address, the following working day will pass.

After the two delivery attempts, the order will go into storage and you will be contacted by our company to manage the costs and agree on a new delivery date.

SHIPPING COST * : 

Shipping is free for Italy ; € 18 for the countries of the European Union, while for the other countries a rate starting from 40€ will be applied.

We would like to remind our new Customers that Manifatture Toscane srl reserves the right to  request and verify the transaction, also by contacting the reference bank, before the actual charge is made to the Customer's credit card.

This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

 In all cases, we reserve the right to postpone the shipment if there are events of force majeure beyond our control.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Manifatture Toscane srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.

If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests it to be returned to the sender, any shipping costs - charged to Manifatture Toscane srl - will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
